DEPOSITS

In order to guarantee the reservation must be paid 30% of the total, this being not confirmed until the payment time. For longer stays than 15 days or groups, the amount will be 50%.

 

POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION

You can cancel the reservation without charge until at least 15 days before date of arrival at email info@hotelgrifeu.com or at telephone +34 972 380 050.

 

• In case of cancellation between 15 and 7days before arrival will only be refunded 50% of the deposit made.
• In case cancellation between 7 and 2 days before arrival we refunded only 25% the deposit made.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of expected arrival, no refund shall be the amount .
• In case of "no show" will be charged for the first night in your credit card and others reservations will be cancelled.
