At night, having dinner on the terraces, the Moon’s silver sparkle adds to the smell of the vastness.

Product and technique is our kitchen’s philosophy. Every day, while the hotel sleeps, the kitchen’s staff goes round the zone looking for the little jewels that compose our menu. It fulfils our pride to have a little kitchen garden which provides us of land’s season products, observing the Bio tendency.
